The Department of Law Enforcement is honored to host the 70th Annual Hawai‘i State Law Enforcement Officials Association (HSLEOA) Conference, taking place September 27–29, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay.

HSLEOA’s annual training conference is the only statewide event that brings together Hawai‘i’s law enforcement leaders, professionals, and partners from state, county, federal, and military agencies.

Exhibitors and sponsors are invited to participate in this premier event to network with attendees and showcase their services, products, and support for the law enforcement community. Multiple sponsorship levels are available. As an independent 501(c)(3) organization, contributions to HSLEOA may be tax-deductible.

The Exhibitor Ballroom will be open during conference hours, with setup available on September 26, 2026. An additional exhibitor booth at the Public Safety & Security Expo on September 26, 2026, at the Hawai‘i Convention Center, is available to Silver through Diamond-level sponsors. Hotel reservations must be made through the designated room block by August 27, 2026.
