Please note: The resort fee shown at the time of booking reflects the standard fee listed on the resort’s website. However, for conference attendees booking under the group agreement, the resort fee will be adjusted at check-in.
Deposit Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. When reservations are made, we require a deposit equal to the room rate, tax and resort fee for two (2) nights for each reservation. Stays of fewer than two (2) nights require a deposit equal to one night's room, tax, and resort fee.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and changes must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is received thirty (30) or few days prior to the expected arrival date will be retained, the two (2) nights deposit will be retained.
No-Show Policy:
A full penalty charge will apply for all reserved nights in case of a no-show.

Airport/ Ground Transportation
You are responsible for your own flight arrangements to and from the event as well as for your airport transfers to and from your hotel destination.
The closest commercial airport is Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
